FOOD and
NUTRITION PYRAMID.
1.
FRUITS -
Aquatic, Oceanic, Island, Wetland, Marine. Extremely nutritious,
very digestible, all minerals and vitamins, not toxic in the long
term.
2.
VEGETABLES -
Vegetables are not as easily digested and incorporated into the
body as fruits.
3.
SEA FOOD - Sea
Food is much more hydrous than land meats, is very digestible, and
contains all of the minerals found in human blood and tissues.
4.
FRESH WATER FOOD - Fish
and aquatic fresh water plants are next in line, if the former is
not available.
5.
REPTILES and AMPHIBIANS -
Extremely nutritious, hydrous, and easy to digest and incorporate.
6.
BIRDS and POULTRY -
Low moisture, not as easy to fully digest, high nutrition
content toward immunities.
7.
GRASSES and GRAINS - Do Not Eat. Breads,
pastas, noodles, macaroni, semolinas, wheats, and flours, are all
taxing to the body and toxic in the long term. Can not be consumed
without altering the chemical state by heat, oils, and/or chemical
reactions to
modify or breakdown the chemical bonds.
8.
LAND MAMMALS -
Nearly poisonous. Do Not Eat. These are very non-digestible foods.
They eat and are made of what is not digestible to us. Thusly land
mammals should be not eaten at all. Cows, horses, dogs - canines,
deer, buffalo,
bison, cats felines, cattle, etc. You may note that this
category contains many of homosapia's best friends and life
long companions. Do Not Eat Your Friends!
